Sushant Singh Rajput, who gave blockbuster films like ‘MS Dhoni’, had rented a flat for himself in Bandra, Mumbai, now it is reported that a new tenant may come soon in that house. After the death of the actor, this luxurious house built on Carter Road in Bandra West has reportedly remained closed for about two and a half years.
The house is lying vacant after Sushant’s suicide
Let us tell you that during the lockdown in the year 2020, there was a sensation due to the sudden death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput. It was said in the reports that the actor had committed suicide by hanging himself in his rented house. This luxury house is reportedly lying vacant since the actor’s death. However, now the flat is going to get a new owner.
This much will be the rent of Sushant’s house
According to India Today’s report, the owners of the flat currently live abroad. They have planned to rent this house to someone. The owners of the house are reportedly looking for a new tenant for the place. However, the new tenant will have to pay around Rs 5 lakh per month as rent for this house.
The report states that the interested party is in talks with the owner of the house and the deal is likely to be filed soon. Last year, a flat broker revealed that some potential tenants were barred from renting out the space, but now people have started changing this as it has been a long time since the actor’s death.
Sushant had rented the house for three years
Let us tell you that actor Sushant Singh Rajput had taken this flat on rent for about three years and was going to live there till December 2022. Sushant lived with his flatmates Riya Chakraborty, Siddharth Pithani and house helps Neeraj and Keshav.
